January Dinner

100 Mile Dinner: January 2014

Ingredients:
Chicken drumsticks: Rockwell Farms (Abbotsford)
Collard, carrots, potatoes, beets: Cropthorne Farm (Delta)
Green onions, rosemary, cabbage: Garden
Honey: Valley Gold Bee

Dinner preparation:
Stew chicken drumsticks with onions, rosemary, collard, cabbage.
Steam potatoes; slice beets into salad.

Dessert: Monterey Jill Cheese: Little Qualicum Cheeseworks (Parksville)

Beverage: Rosemary tea with honey.
